Exercise for well-being!

If you're not already doing it, try doing 30-45 minutes of moderate exercise such as brisk walking for 5 out of the next 7 days. I bet you'll feel an improved sense of well being, be more productive, rest more comfortably and will be taking the steps toward a longer, healthier life!
